Pay As You Go Personal Sessions
To safely and effectively make changes to your running technique, I recommend a minimum 6-week block of coaching sessions.
However, depending on your circumstances, a stand alone run technique assessment or individual coaching session / personal training session may be a good solution to start with.
Individual sessions also offer the flexibility to extend an existing Run Technique Course or add some run coaching / personal training sessions to a Race Ready Programme.
Run Technique Assessment
A run technique assessment begins with a comprehensive Biomechanical Movement Analysis, where I capture your movement on video as you run on a treadmill. Next, the unique Running School Functional Movement Analysis dives deeper, exposing weaknesses that might be holding you back.
This in-depth assessment reveals the key elements of your technique, highlighting opportunities to improve efficiency and protect your body. Coupled with a personalised discussion about your goals, this forms the foundation of a tailored programme designed to accelerate your progress.

1-hour run coaching / personal training sessions
These will be tailored to each individual depending on what you need.
A session will typically involve a tailored warm-up and key muscle activation exercises before practising run technique using The Running School’s proven accelerated learning techniques.
Where appropriate, we’ll add strength training with a running focus to target specific muscle weaknesses or imbalances, and finish with a cool-down and stretches.
