Race-ready programme

We’ll begin with a personalised performance consultation to dive deep into your goals, current fitness level, injury history and lifestyle. From this, I’ll create a fully tailored race-ready training plan built specifically around you and your target event.

Your programme will be delivered through the TrainingPeaks platform, giving you access to structured sessions, performance tracking, pace guidance and clear progression – so you always know exactly what you’re doing and why. No guesswork. Just smart, progressive training.

In addition to your run sessions, you’ll receive a dedicated weekly strength workout designed specifically for runners to improve power, efficiency and injury resilience.

I’ll personally review your training each week, provide detailed feedback, make proactive adjustments where needed, and support you with expert advice on pacing, recovery and race preparation. As your race approaches, we’ll fine-tune your taper and race strategy so you feel fully prepared on the day.

This isn’t just a plan — it’s ongoing coaching, accountability and expert guidance to help you perform at your best.

Our running programme is designed for a wide range of runners from beginners preparing for their first 5K or 10K to experienced athletes aiming for a Personal Best (PB) in a half or full marathon.
